Simple Requirements for Couples
We believe in second chances for couples who are ready to support each other in building a better future. Our requirements are straightforward and focused on commitment to positive change.
🔞 Adults Only (18+)
Both partners must be 18 years or older. We provide a mature, adult-focused living environment designed for couples ready to take responsibility for their future.
🚫 Actively Sober
Both partners must be committed to sobriety. We maintain a drug and alcohol-free environment that supports your recovery journey as a couple.
🔥 Hungry for Life
We're looking for couples who are motivated, eager to improve their situation, and ready to seize opportunities for employment and personal growth.
💼 Ready to Work
Both partners should be willing and able to work when job opportunities are provided. We're here to help you find employment and rebuild your financial stability.

Our Promise to Pay Program
We understand that getting back on your feet takes time. Our flexible payment program allows couples to move in immediately and catch up on rent as they start earning income.

Our job placement team works with both partners to secure employment opportunities

Once employed, each partner pays 70% of their paycheck toward rent until caught up
